These Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") and Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") govern your use of our website and booking process for PAREA Retreats ("we" or "us"). By booking a retreat with us, you agree to these T&Cs and Privacy Policy.

Terms & Conditions

Governing Law: These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these T&Cs will be settled in a court of competent jurisdiction within that province.

Travel Updates: We advise you to regularly check the travel advisories of your home country and Greece for any updates regarding entry requirements or restrictions.

Payment Terms:

Full payment for the retreat must be made on/before 90 days of the retreat start date.
A non-refundable deposit of 1500Euro is required to reserve your spot.
Prices are per person and do not include flights.

Travel and Medical Insurance: It is your responsibility to secure suitable travel and/or health insurance for your trip. PAREA Retreats cannot be held liable for any medical or financial expenses incurred due to a lack of proper insurance coverage.

Guest Cancellation Policy:

90 days or more before the retreat start date:

Full refund (minus non-refundable deposit)

66-89 days before the retreat start date:

Refund (minus non-refundable deposit) only if we can fill your spot.

65 days or less before the retreat start date:

Full payment forfeited.

 

Please check the specific cancellation policy on the retreat page you're interested in for any variations.
Due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to this policy cannot be made. We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early.

PAREA Retreats Cancellation Policy:

While unlikely, if PAREA Retreats must cancel or change a scheduled retreat date, you are entitled to:

Transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat (scheduled or future).
Request a full refund of your applicable payment, in other words, the amount you have actually paid.
PAREA Retreats is not responsible for any expenses incurred in preparation for a cancelled retreat, such as flights, accommodation, or other travel costs.

Passports, Visas, Documents:

It is your responsibility to obtain a valid passport, any necessary visas, and required certificates for entry into Greece.

Booking:

We will do our best to pair solo travellers with another guest for shared rooms. If a roommate cannot be found, you may need to upgrade to a single room. We will notify you with as much notice as possible.

PAREA Retreats reserves the right to deny any guest a booking at any time before the retreat start date and provide a full refund or retreat credit.
 

During Your Trip:

PAREA Retreats reserves the right to remove any participant from the retreat if their behaviour disrupts the harmony of the experience, if behaviour is deemed abusive, inappropriate or harmful by PAREA Retreats. In such cases, no refund or compensation will be provided.

PAREA Retreats is not responsible for any participant who leaves the retreat early or for any activity undertaken outside the retreat itinerary.

Force Majeure:

PAREA Retreats is not liable for any performance delays, cancellations, losses, injuries, or damages arising from "Force Majeure" events.

Force Majeure includes unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as:

Acts of God (natural disasters)
War, riots, civil unrest
Strikes or government actions
Transportation issues (cancellations, delays)
Terrorist activity or threats
Epidemics, pandemics, or illness outbreaks
Changes in travel regulations
In the case of a Force Majeure event, PAREA Retreats will not be responsible for refunds. However, if we receive any refunds from our suppliers, we will pass them on to you.

Marketing Communications:

We may occasionally send you emails with retreat updates, special offers, and other relevant information. You can choose to receive these communications by checking the opt-in box during the booking process. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email.

Privacy Policy

PAREA Retreats respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you book a retreat with us or visit our website.
